I draw everything by hand and then scan it into my computer for color. I use Illustrator to do my line art and photoshop for color. I did a tutorial a while back that you might find helpful. You can find it here:

Hey, Bob,
I have a tablet. I also have Photoshop. Up to now, I do all of my illustations on paper by hand. I want to learn how to draw with my tablet in photoshop. Where can I find something that will lead me through sketch, to drawing with my tablet, and then applying color? Any suggestions. I would appreciate any direction you could give.

Thank you for finishing your tutorial. Your ideas are clear and helpful. I’ve been using Illustrator and Photoshop for many years, but not with the efficiency you demonstrate in your lesson. I also used to listen to your Answers for Freelancers podcast. Sharing tips from your success in your field is a big inspiration to one much less accomplished but still ambitious.
